خطاهای پزشکی را نمی‌توان مخفی کرد

به گزارش جام جم آنلاین به نقل از ایسنا ، ایرج حریرچی بیان اینکه برای کاهش خطاهای پزشکی بهترین راه پیشگیری است، گفت: ما باید سیستم هایی را لحاظ کنیم که آگاهی و توان مهارتی پزشکان به قدری افزایش یابد که خطاهای پزشکی به حداقل برسد.

وی گفت: ما در برخورد با خطاهای پزشکی مشکل قانونی نداریم هرچند بعضی از قوانین ما قدیمی است اما بیماران ما دو راه اصلی برای احیای حقوق خود دارند، یکی شکایت از طریق سازمان نظام پزشکی و دیگری مراجعه به دادسرای ویژه جرائم پزشکی است.

حریرچی افزود: برآورد ها نشان می دهد که خطاهای پزشکی در کشور ما نسبت به گذشته افزایش چندانی نداشته اما بازتاب و انعکاس این خطاها در رسانه ها و شبکه های اجتماعی افزایش یافته است.

قائم مقام وزارت بهداشت با اشاره به پرونده پزشکی مرحوم عباس کیارستمی تصریح کرد: ماجراهایی که در روند درمان افراد سرشناس به وجود آمد سبب شد تا حساسیت های جامعه به عوارض ناخواسته درمان بیماران افزایش یابد و موضع گیری های شدیدی علیه جامعه پزشکی ایجاد شود.
